“I have to be careful not to treat myself too late in the day or I cannot get to sleep! I get that much energy from standing in front of the lights for about 20 minutes. In twenty minutes I treat the lower and upper parts of my body in two 10 minute sessions by standing about 6 to 8 inches from the light and exposing my backside, front, sides, top of head and so forth.
