“I purchased the BIO 300 Dual Lights(HIGH BEAM BRIGHT!!!!) and love it so far! I use it for everything it says it claims, hair growth, mental health, beauty, recovery, etc. I do 10 minutes front face and 10 minutes back of my head. I set a timer and since I have my eyes closed and have the light blocking goggles on, I use this 20 minute session for meditation. All around I love it so far. It leaves me feeling pleasantly warm. I will have to submit a 1 year, when that happens. The package took forever to arrive, which is understandable given the state of the world.
