Would of liked more instruction for use and times on various parts of body but I bought a book that explains it all. I like that it has two switches for red light/near infrared. “Got it for severe burning headaches and neck pain and insomnia from Lyme disease that I’m on antibiotics for. I sleep longer blocks now if I use the light about 9:00 p.m. and my neck pain is gone and my headaches are getting less severe. I put my forehead and neck right on the 850nm lenses. I got the combo and the two different wavelengths alternate down the panel. It’s so bright I can see the veins through my eyelids. It’s very relaxing and warms my skin but the panel remains cool to the touch.”
