“Recently I purchased a Bio 450 to help with my lower back and hamstring issues. Having used the unit only for a few days, I’ve not seen any improvement with my back but I can say that my hamstring feels better than it’s felt in a long time. I’m hoping that my back will also eventually improve.
I was pleasantly surprised to see how solidly built this unit is and based upon the research that I’ve done, I believe that this was an excellent purchase.

“The unit itself is quite well built. I like the idea that it has 3 Watt LED's as compared to the JOOVV 2 Watt LED's that they use. It's almost impossible to judge how effective Red / NIR Light therapy is because any change is subtle and internal. I'm relying on the scientific studies that demonstrate that this is a good form of therapy. I know that I've used White and Blue light therapies and my Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) has GONE. It was debilitating for awhile. So, if White and Blue light therapy works then I have high hopes for this Red / NIR therapy to work, too.”
