“By using the red light 15-20 min upon waking and before bed, what I recognize most is the relief on my eyes after looking at screens all day and straining them. Exposure on the eyes seems to provide a lot of relief and from what I’ve studied this should help regeneration from blue light damage and eventually improve eyesight. Next to that I would say falling asleep becomes easier. After morning exercises and long days at work the red light seems to relax my mind and muscles before bed allowing me to fall asleep easier.
Looking forward to the longer term results but so far I am definitely enjoying it.”
“I love the convenience of having a red light panel at home. I have gone to a day spa for a few years for red light therapy. It's not always convenient to go daily. “Easy to assemble. Easy to turn on and adjust. And thankfully they added the eye goggles because the light is bright! I've used it 3 times so far starting to notice changes in my skin. And my waist seems to have some shrinkage as well! I just wish I would of bought a bigger model!”
