“I had my doubts as I've been looking for something to help my mood, anxiety, energy levels, insomnia, and ADHD for over a decade including homeopathic medicine/oils, alkalizing foods, alternative medicine, nootropics, white light therapy, blue light therapy, various amino acids/vitamins, and more...and this is the only one that consistently works with minimal side effects. Even just doing 5 min a day for each side (front and back). And my mood is way better, and I have equivalent energy levels I only had after power walking 20 min/day. Definitely not expecting that. Doing my previous workouts didn't leave me minimally sore and I felt no soreness the next day. Increasing my weights by 40-60% finally resulted in my muscles being as sore as I would've normally felt from a typical workout. Obviously, everyone's results will vary and please please listen to your body and do not over-exert yourself. But this has been my result after a month of using this 10 minutes a day for 4-5 days a week.”
