“So far, so fantastic. As of now I still look the same and haven’t seen any changes in my operance, hair growth or performance in the gym. But I can tell it’s significantly improved my Mood and it feels fantastic to lay under.
I’m not aware if it’s from the light, but my soreness post exercise has seemed to improve and i have generally felt better. Compared to my previous light which I used consistently for 6 months, I can tell that this one is more intense and makes me feel better.
If you’ve had any positive experiences with red light and believe in it’s affects, this unit is possibly the best. At least the impressive one I’ve tried.
