“I really enjoy using the Biomax 600. When I go boutique gyms and spas, I always make it a point to end the day with an infrared stretch session. Now I can do it whenever I want in my own home. “It was sent and received promptly. Came packed tightly and intact. Set up was easy and came with a book of information. When looking online, some redditors have complained about platinum led, specifically about customer service and sending the product back. Any emails I have sent platinum led have been promptly replied to. I don't want to send the product back because their has been no issues.
It is a strong light and I like how you can adjust the Red light and NIR to your preference or completely turn it off and that includes the blue light. Voice command works but sometimes I feel like I have to yell at "max" for it to hear me. The product is also very sturdy.
All in all I've really enjoyed using it.”
