“So, I purchased a cheap red light device on Amazon about a year ago because I kept reading about the benefits of red light threaphy. However, I never "felt" any different. I then read the book "The Ultimate Guide to Red Light Therapy" by Ari Whitten to 1) better understand the sciene and 2) get some recomendations on which machines to work. Platnimum LED's BioMax was one of the recommended lights. I literally FEEL the difference. I am 42 and have never been a "morning person". Now, I wake up, do my red light therapy while I meditate and I then feel wide awake and ready for the day (even before my coffee!!!! Which for me is unheard of!).”
