“A first timer in re RLT, I conducted as thorough a product review as my naivete/attention span would allow before choosing Platinum LED. While I remain a relative neophyte in terms of uses/benefits, I am reading, learning and experiencing and have already been able to discern positive results.
The unit is well-made, easy to use whether hanging or on its stand, and appears to be built to last. Its power appears to be perfect for our household’s intended purposes - my understanding is that there may be one other product that is somewhat more powerful but same relates more to coverage area per exposure than to effectiveness and, as stated, our Biomax 450 absolutely meets our needs. The price point was higher than some of the competitors but I am more than satisfied that I got what I paid for.
Delivery was delayed 6-8 weeks despite the website statements that same would not be impacted by COVID ramifications. It clearly was impacted and I was told so on every “status contact” I made, either via email of telephone. I don’t know what this bodes for other new customers, but my mindset is such that I prefer full disclosure up front - the website verbiage should be changed to reflect whatever reality exists at the time. My order was a gift ordered 3 weeks in advance of “the date” that arrived 4 weeks afterwards. The stand inexplicably arrived 2-3 weeka after that - customer service should be improved so the customers are notified rather than left in the dark or otherwise compelled to contact PlatinumLED in an endeavor to find on ut what is going on. Again, however, these have not been ordinary times and I deem the outcome (product to have been well worth the wait”
“It has not been long enough for me to tell very much. What I have seen so far is that my back pain due to a bad mattress immediately disappeared. (Literally after the first 20 minute use.) It comes back after a few days if I have not used the light, but as soon as I use it, the pain disappears again. It lasts for a few days, and then I don't need Tylenol or Advil during that time. This may have nothing to do with the light, but in case it does I should mention that I broke a three month weight loss plateau after using the light. I am excited to see what other benefits appear.”
