I mounted them horizontally and lay on my bed on my back for ten minutes and on my stomach for ten minutes. In twenty minutes, I can do my entire body. I recommend the optional remote. You can turn the blue light and the NIR off in the evening as it can affect your sleep. You can also adjust the intensity of the red light and NIR from the remote.”
