“I used red light at the gym. After a year and a half COVID hit and the gym closed. This is the light I decided to get for home use. The reason I had to continue with a red light is because I developed osteoporosis in my spine. My physician said osteoporosis doesn’t get better. Mine did! My report a year and a half later indicated “significant improvement “. I had refused to take meds for bone loss. I contribute the improvement to the red light and to weight bearing exercise.
