“Purchased the insurance to give myself peace and assistance of not worrying on shipment even though when I received the shipment it was damaged outside of box and the 600 Biomax was also damaged on corner of unit but I tried unit after taking it out of shipment box and unit works ! Just dented on corner of unit waiting to here from Platinum’s LED Managing department on this issue !”
“While I’m glad to have purchased this protection, for I wasn’t willing to risk it being damaged, the company should make it part of the cost. It’s already pricey. Feels a little like a way to make more money. It was double boxed- brilliant! If part of the outer box tore, the space to the inner box was ample such that decent outer box tear would not have touched the inner box. The inner box has foam padding between it & the light. Read the print. You MUST return in original boxes for any warranty issues. Don’t throw your boxes. As usual, cost to ship light back is on you. I don’t have plans to travel with it unless my family wants to try it. If so, I’ll package like it came to me.”
