“This is definitely a pretty sturdy stand because it holds my (4) Biomax 600's no problem. The stand does take some time to put together but the instructions are pretty good. I'd recommend reviewing the instructions in full first and then go back and follow step by step.
My stand had a broken height adjustment pin. Despite one pin (of the two) being strong enough to hold my 4 panels (88lbs), I didn't want to trust it would hold it forever. I reached out the support team with a pic of the part, and requested a replacement. They apologized, informed me the replacement part would be shipped asap, and I received it within a week. So I can say the service I recevied was great as well.”
“I called in to report 2 out of the 12 (part C) screws missing from my kit and have heard nothing from the girl who called me back about the issue. She said she needs to get with the manager about this because "this never happens". It happened to me. I went and found some screws with the same thread at a lkocal hardware store but they don't look like the rest of the screws. Instructions are unclear about how you mount with only one light.”
