“Upon purchasing an iPhone 14, I discovered that the obnoxious camera lenses prevented my phone from properly fitting into my Backbone One. After a quick search, I discovered that an adapter was provided at no additional cost from Backbone. I was impressed that the Backbone app acknowledged my purchase and offered to redirect me to claim an adapter. The adapter fits snugly into the Backbone One and offsets my iPhone 14 camera lenses perfectly. The adapter is reasonably priced and I would have gladly paid for it. It is exceptionally considerate of Backbone to provide this adapter at no additional cost, even covering shipping costs.”
