“Backbone's customer service is top notch! I got a new iPhone and when I plugged the Backbone in it detected which phone I had and warned me that the Backbone was incompatible but that a free adapter was available. I clicked on the link, filled out the order information and the adapter arrived a few days later. Amazing customer service for an item I originally purchased 2 years ago! The adapter fits well and makes my new iPhone usable with the original Backbone. It doesn't get much better than this!”

“It’s between a good and a bad review. As an iPhone 14 Pro Max user, the operation is seamless. Fluid even. But for the fit, the phone is placed in a slant manner even with adapter attached. I wish there would be an adapater where the iPhone 14 Pro Max would fit snugly because of its lens. Other than that, all is good.”
