“Great little device. Really my only complaint is that the face buttons are too stiff. I prefer ABXY buttons with a feel more like console controllers. The addition of the built in capture button is great. I like that there is passthrough audio/lightning. Good construction. Quality feel. It's magic playing your PC/PS games via remote play and the Backbone.”

“The device itself is stellar. For a while there, the software showed a lot of promise, but it had stability problems – including losing your game library. It seems like those issues have been addressed with the latest patches, so I can recommend the device without reservations. Ultimately, the one-button access to your game library transforms your phone into essentially a dedicated game handheld – in many ways better than a Switch. I would love for Backbone to continue to develop the software to improve the library management. It should be easier to delete games from the library, for example, and you should have the ability to create your own game sets, as well as sort by name and create your own custom order.”
