“Fantastic piece of hardware! I use this on my iPhone XS to play Apple Arcade, Stadia, PS Remote Play, etc games and its flawless. The buttons feel high quality and click very well, I even prefer it to my switch lite. Would love to see a revision on the future with full size/full motion analog sticks for first person shooters and case compatibility.”

“The Backbone One is solidly built, easy to use controller. It feels comfortable in your hand, and the buttons are very responsive. It’s definitely on the expensive side, and doesn’t have much to justify its price tag. It’s more expensive than an Xbox or PlayStation controller, but is less versatile. You can only use it by plugging it into the lighting port of your phone. It would be great if there was a way you could use it as a Bluetooth controller as well so you could use it with additional devices.”

“Super handy, never needs to be charged and overall, its just very elegant. The way you use it and navigate around remains true to the apple/ios experience. I wish I had friends that have this so that I can utilize more of the social functionality in it. LOVE the screenshot/record button (I use this frequently on my nintendo switch, and its something truly missing from PS5/XBOX)”

“Really great controller. Turns the Apple arcade into a much better experience and I can play my xbox on my iphone with it. The one thing that needs improvement though are the grips on the analogue sticks. They slide fairly easily. But otherwise this controller rocks and anyone interested in using their phone as a game console (weather it be the arcade or remote play), this is well worth the investment.”
