“I was sent the wrong controller not once but twice. with no number to call and chatting for days as well as it being a month over the day I was supposed to have the android controller, I ordered I gave up which is sad because I have ordered four of these devices and the customer support is trash will not be ordering again or recommending this to anyone until you guys fix your shipping and customer service”

“So I bought the backbone expecting nothing much, and when it came in it was exactly that. I opened the box expecting more because what it quiet literally is, is a husk that just wraps around your phone. I can connect my remote to the phone and play it like that. And finally the buttons. Most of my buttons are sticky and it’s like they have a mind of it’s own. I can’t even play without my buttons automatically pushing for themselves. I don’t appreciate the service or the controls but I am very dissatisfied with this product.”

“I really like my backbone! It’s like I don't need a game system at all now. The only thing is I’m a old school game player and am not fond of the knobs. I would rather be able to use my arrows but that’s just for me. I still like it a lot, and I’m just learning how to work it still. Great idea though”
