“Overall my experience with the Backbone has been pleasant-love the button setup, look and feel of the controller. My family purchased 3 and 2 out of the 3 we purchased needed replacement, which backbone did with no issues. Only thing i would suggest is adjusting the ergonomics of the controller, as it gets very uncomfortable after just short play sessions.”

“My son's backbone broke. I contacted the company. Customer service responded quickly to my emails. They were very knowledgeable and provided me with a solution. My son was able to return his broken backbone and receive a new one.”

“The 10% of the time that the backbone one is actually working properly, it is amazing. The controller feels nice in the hands and buttons are responsive. It makes playing games like Call of Duty Mobile, or games on PlayStation remote, more fun. The other 90% of the time it acts like it has a mind of its own: constantly pressing buttons on rapid fire, scrolling right, and taking screenshots every .5 seconds(I think I’ve had to delete over 500 screenshots). I’ve tried all the “troubleshooting “ things to try fix it but to no avail. I’ve even gone back and forth with the company sending my backbone to them and getting a replacement weeks later only to have the replacement showing the exact same problems. I’m on my fourth replacement within a year and have been with out one for nearly two months of the year. There is an obvious manufacturing defect in the controllers and the company talks down issue summing it up to a “bad batch””

“Backbone as a company STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT 100%! I loved dealing with customer service when I had to return my Backbone. The process was faster that any I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve loved my Backbone since taking it out of the box, and I’ll yell from the mountain tops: IF YOU WANT A GREAT PHONE/STREAM CONTROLLER THERES ONLY ONE YOU SHOULD PURCHASE! Thank you BackBone!”

“A great device for mobile gaming, you can’t really go wrong with the whole package my only complaint is that the directional buttons are a lil stiff but still a great piece of tech no doubt, and I did have to get a replacement and let me tell u the customer service were convenient and easy to deal with and I felt like they wanted to really resolve my issue, I highly recommend this device if u are a true mobile gamer or if u need a great device to kill time during breaks at work or school”
