“I purchased this and was informed both on the website and an email sent afterwards that would work on the iPhone 15 Pro Max. After receiving the item it did not work. After requesting a replacement over three weeks ago, I still haven’t received it. There is no support phone number. I submitted two support tickets and still haven’t been contact by Backbone. Their support is the WORST. I paid $100 for a device that doesn’t work on iPhone as is.”
