“Does not work with iPhone 15 Pro USB C as advertised. No Android phone available for firmware update. Replacement program is awful. I'm on week 4 with no response from Backbone. I did finally get a shipping label but now they won't provide an update on sending a replacement.”

“Once the controller is on my iPhone, I have no complaints. My problem is that I have to take off my case to play. This is a major design flaw. Instead of having a quick snap on of the controller, I have to take my case off (which is difficult). Then I have to put the case back on after I’m done. This a pain if I have just a couple minutes to play. What happens is I tend not to play unless I have a longer time to play. I’m extremely disappointed that the design did not account for any cases to work especially from first party cases from Apple. I’ll reiterate. This is a major design flaw and makes Backbone way less enjoyable to use. Instead of being delighted at how easy it is to use I’m reminded and annoyed every time I want to use it.”

“I love the hardware, but I'm extremely frustrated with the company. I bought this device directly from Backbone. Backbone told me that the device would be iPhone 15 compatible. It was not (it required a firmware update). I had to wait roughly an extra two weeks to receive the right device, and now I have to ship the original device back. Again: I love the hardware, but I'm extremely frustrated with the company.”

“Customer support is very slow. More than two weeks response time. Ordered a controller that was supposed to work with iPhone and usb c but got one that has usb c but only works with android. 4 weeks later after contacting support I’m still without solution”
