“Great for PlayStation Remote Play. I wish the analog sticks were on par with a native DualSense experience, but otherwise, I love my BackBone. Very comfortable to hold, light, works great, well built, and it doesn't seem to use a lot of my phone's battery at all. Analog sticks are the only thing keeping it from a 5/5.”

“Vacation is definitely a great time to ve away from work! Sights, swimming ar the beach, fishing, Whatever is relaxing, but at the end of the day, sometimes it's the wind down that's amazing, and the Backbone holds solid form!! Being miles away from my system is kind of a bummer, but it's also awesome because the lovely crew from Backbone have really stepped to the plate! I've been catching up on games I've been meaning to in the BnB I'm staying in, and the comfortable controller really keeps my hand from cramping up! The best part is, I've been playing FFXVI since it launched.. so I have so much thanks to the people at Backbone!! Thanks for making a killer Controller for the needed traveler!!!”

“While I haven't been able to fully test the Backbone's streaming with the PS4 yet, I can at least talk about the controller itself. If you're very picky about game controllers and how the buttons feel, depending on what you like, you may not enjoy the feel of this one. The D-Pad feels a bit spongy but is playable. The face buttons are a bit stiff, but again, you could get used to it. The right control stick is, for me, a bit close to the face buttons. But my thumbs are kinda big. The sticks themselves feel a bit strange, but they're decent. The shoulder buttons feel pretty good though. I like the design and the software. I know I'll use this thing anyway so I don't mind the purchase. However, if you're particular, you might want to look at other options. There might be a better controller for you.”

“I am very happy they finally released the Android version of the Backbone One PlayStation edition and I have nothing but great happiness and joy being able to play PS games remotely. It is essentially a standard model rebadged as PS edition with white coloring and PS buttons and labelings. That said it still works as standard gamepad when used on Steam or Xbox app. The responsiveness of buttons is fast and satisfying. And the quality of material is top notch.”
