Mine arrived alive and well. When I had a question about them, I received a very nice and detailed response from the company. I will definitely order from them again.

I received two large and two baby snails, so excited! Very well packaged, still moist after taking 2 days to arrive. I had absolutely no idea how to incorporate them into the pond, so I honestly just tossed them in without any acclimation. Initially I thought they had died because hours later they were still in the same place, however the next day they had moved all over the pond, so I think they were hibernating when they arrived. Super excited to see my new friends enjoy their pond! Thank you!

I received mine today. Seem to be alive but they were smaller than I thought they would be.
