“I chose to order from Play It Koi after viewing the plants--or lack thereof--at my local water garden store. The plants arrived in great shape and were packaged well. They were even wrapped in moist paper towel so they would stay hydrated and survive the trip. They all arrived healthy and look great in my pond.”

“They came wrapped well. And just like they said some roots might fall off, they all fell off but 1. Plant still looked great. My fish love them. I have not had them long enough to see if they survive. Great customer service.”

“I received my shipment in a timely fashion. I am unable to purchase these plants locally, so I needed to find a reliable shipper. The plants were sealed well in a bag with water and paper toweling to keep them alive and moist. Well done.”
