“Great communication!! Being a new pond owner I have so much questions about how to keep my koi alive. Ben has been very patient and helpful with the questions I have with my koi. Great online products selection and he has a lot of different treatments available for your sick koi. I also found some products to help me to maintain my pond. If you have a koi pond, itâ€™s not a bad idea to just keep his numbers in the speed dial! You never know when your koi decide to swim side way on you”
