My fish love their Hornwort and i noticed how it helped greatly to knock down my nitrogen and ammonia readings that were a little concerning

plants seem to be alive and the inner packaging around them was still damp when they came.

I gave it a 4 because i wasnt sure about the plant. Maybe I am wrong, but when I opened the package it smelled and was slimey, as if it were rotting. Most of it looked ok, but I was worried what it would do to my water quality, so I only kept part if it, rinsed it and put it in the water and threw the rest out. It seems to be ok, but keeps breaking apart. Not really familiar with this particular plant.
