“Play It Koi sent my filter out immediately after they received my order. It said it would be delivered 2 days later from the delivery company. Then I got a notice that it would be delivered tomorrow. Then another day went by...tomorrow. I called the delivery company and they looked and couldn't find my order. I called Play It Koi and within 24 hours they sent me another one. They were very concerned and cared about our Koi. I will ALWAYS buy from Play It Koi in the future.”
