Ben emailed me right back and kept me apprised of the packing and shipping process. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. (It was a replacement for a previous pressure filter which had been operating for years and was beginning to wear out.) I had it swapped and running in a matter of minutes. Very satisfied!”
