“After a massive ice storm hit Texas this winter, my pond filter cracked unexpectedly. I’ve purchased replacement items from Play It Koi before and absolutely love this company and their outstanding customer service. “Everything I needed to maintain my pond filter. It arrived not damaged and I will begin by replacing my UV light and inspecting the quartz tube. My filter arrived last year with the tube loose and about half filled with water I did not notice it until my first inspection 4 months later.”
