“i contacted PlayitKoy with a leak problem i had with my pond filter. The sent me a filter maintenance kit with the large O-ring that they thought was my problem. Unfortunately, i told them the wrong model number for the filter and the ring did not fit. Eventually i realized my mistake and they exchanged the kit for the one for my my filter model. i replaced the O-ring and most of the leak stopped but now a new leak sprung up in the top of the cover where the UV light is. i took that apart and found another, smaller O-ring was cracked. i found the right replacement in the kit they sent me and today all leaks are gone for the first time in many months. i very much appreciate PIK hanging in there with me through many rounds of email, even when i was accusing them of sending me the wrong kit. They were patient and worked with me until everything was resolved. i recommend them very highly.”
