“Ordered several items and one is still in transit. Easy to find what I needed and prices were reasonable. Free shipping was nice. Only problem is that I messed up and didn't ck the order and I failed to order 2 of one item. Just ordered another one. Great site. Thanks”

“I purchased a replacement canister for my Pondmax 3600. When the part arrived (quickly I might add) I was disappointed to find out my lid assembly sponge plate no longer fits with the updated version of the canister. A $450 filter with a fresh $89 canister now worthless unless I buy more parts... At this point I realize I just received an email the other day saying “thank you for supporting our business if somethings wrong let me know”. I thought I would ask them if there was something they could do. Obviously, this is an issue with pondmax not playitkoi but I thought maybe they might know a solution. They help identify the problem (which I hadn’t discovered yet), then proceed to be my voice to pondmax. They got pondmax to ship me a new part to update my filter at no cost. Wow, that is customer service you don’t see often anymore!! Thank you playitkoi and thank you pondmax. I will tell everyone I know about how much your companies impressed me and be a lifelong customer because of a playitkoi employee named “Kelly”.”
