“I have six live plants with bare roots that were purchased on 5/14 with expedited shipping paid for and never arrived till late in day 5/27...not in time to correctly... per your web instructions...prepare and plant in my pond. Since lilies grow wild in the mud in ponds and streams I submerged them in a five gallon container of water with eight inches of mud covering their roots and hope they will survive the eight days till I return from overseas.”

“I ordered a different types of plants. All the items I received were very nice except this one. It was just a pile of mush and stems. Completely dead upon arrival.”

“Plants arrived in excellent condition. I only threw away a couple of yellowing pieces. I wanted them to stay towards the bottom of the pond so I used plastic cups with pea gravel to plant them. My water is crystal clear which is why I bought them”
