“The plants I received were better than I expected and in great condition, I just hope they live through the winter, if not I will definitely be a returning customer. There was a little mix up on the food I ordered as far as shipping goes and customer service was exceptional, they went above and beyond to make me happy without me even asking them to. I highly recommend this company. They found themselves a new life long customer for all our pond needs. Thanks for the great quality plants and exceptional service guys, keep up the great work!”

“The bare root plants I received were excellent quality. I placed them in my pond filter box and they are growing and flowering beautifully. I am very pleased. I will DEFINITELY purchase items from Play It Koi in the future. 5+**** --I am very impressed with Play It Koi. They have a great selection of products at very reasonable prices. However I am most impressed with the personal interaction. I certainly feel like I am valued as a customer.”
