Thank you for the feedback, Silvia. We're sorry to hear that you felt the PIK Koi Pond Liner - 40 Mil Ultra was too stiff for a pond liner and that it was a waste of money. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I understand that the stiffness of the 40 Mil Ultra can be challenging to work with in smaller installations, or in ones that have a lot of curves and bends to them. Can you please share how we could have better conveyed this to you, so we can prevent others from running into the same issues?
