“My experience with PlayitKoi was poor but improved to good. I ordered a pump handle because the current one was leaking. Upon receiving the replacement hand i found it to be the wrong one. I immediately contacted the owner via email and he assured me he was sorry for the mistake and would send the correct handles asap. A few days later the correct handle arrived and it was installed. Even with this mishap I would order from them again.”

“Our existing handle froze and cracked after our pump and power went out during a winter storm. I'm glad this was the worst of the it as the damage could've been a lot worse. It was fairly easy to replace and the part arrived well timely and well packed.”
