“I live in British Colombia Canada and placed the order on line and within a week, the vacuum was delivered. Great customer service and definitely with the business. Thank you Play it koi. The vacuum is good. A bit slow in suction for my 1/3 acre pond. Matala should call it a shallow pond cleaner and not a large pond cleaner. A bit deceiving.”

“This Pond vacuum has a big advantage over units that don't actively purge. It is big and heavy duty which does't always mean it is easy to move around or store - but I suppose it kind of has to be. Overall it works good and is heavy duty”

“I burned through my pnodovac 4 and so was a bit hesitant to buy another. However, I decided to go for the power cyclone mostly because it has more power and 2 pumps. I'm glad I did! I like this a lot better I have to say. it is a awesome product, especially because it has the second pump inside and you can discharge waste water even to higher elevation than your vacuum is. Nevertheless, it's not perfect. I don't like that you have to unplug/ plug in the second pump each time when you have to empty the bottom part. Also, I don't like how long it takes to clean the bag out... suggest you try some like heavy duty velcro instead of the zipper. Or a drawstring or something... I just don't like the zipper bag b/c it does get hard to open and close when it gets a little dirty which it obviously will. Overall though, I am very happy with the purchase. love the power this has and Matala is a good brand. also comes with a lot of attachments which is nice.”

“Best pond vacuum ever! I think the two pump system is definitely the way to go! Just don't forget to empty it out after you use it. And spray it out with a hose I'd say too.”

“This vac has plenty of power so much so it will lift up small/Med rocks and stones. As with any vac it takes time to clean a large koi pond ... But it worked great! Purchased from Play it Koi because they are an authorized Matala dealer and because they use these on their own maintenance accounts so they are very knowledgable as well. I'm very happy with this purchase. I would recommend this vac and Play it Koi to a friend!”
