“I really don’t see any improvement in my water quality.”

Hi Nita, You probably won't see this too much. However, beneficial bacteria will help convert the ammonia, to nitrite to a less harmful Nitrate. So you'll most likely only experience this in terms of improved water quality parameters as measured by your water test kits. That said, others, with really unhealthy, bad, green/brown, water caused by excess nutrients will likely visually see an improvement too. I'm not sure if this is your situation or not. However, I just wanted to be clear on expectations..... Beneficial bacteria makes the world go around (in terms of pond health). However, you may not always visually notice the difference.

“Great communication!! Being a new pond owner I have so much questions about how to keep my koi alive ï¿½. Ben has been very patient and helpful with the questions I have with my koi. Great online products selection and he has a lot of different treatments available for your sick koi. I also found some products to help me to maintain my pond. If you have a koi pond, itâ€™s not a bad idea to just keep his numbers in the speed dial! You never know when your koi decide to swim side way on you ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½”
