“Wonderful service! I enjoyed the fact they reach out to you and wish you well. My only quarrell is with AquaMeds, as the amount placed in the container appears a little short of the amount advertised on the container. It had the original seal from the manufacturer, so i am certain it was not tampered or opened by anyone during shipping. Thank you PLAYITKOI once again for your top notch service!!!”

“I ordered the product to hopefully save a Koi I have had in my pond for 15 years. Unfortunately he died before the product arrived, a day later than the prioritized shipping I paid $20+ dollars to hopefully save him. I treated the pond and no other fish have gotten ill. I am thankful for that. I do understand Covid 19 has changed all shipping scenarios. Deb Briggs”
