“I purchased the Savio Compact Skimmer primarily because I knew I could add an integrated Savio UV clarifier later on. And that time certainly came not long after I got my pond running. A month in, the clear water had turned to pea soup and the goldfish were only murky shadows. Play It Koi shipped quickly and installation took about 5 minutes (4 of that was finding an extension cord). Within two days the water had cleared up significantly and now the water is amazingly clear and free of algae. It was really remarkable.”

“My Savio UVinex System, a replacement for an old one, arrived with a broken bulb. I sent an email, with a picture, and received a response, the same day, with an apology. I received another email the next day, with a tracking number, that my new bulb was on the way. It arrived 2 days later. I sent a thank and received one in return. Both Kelly and Ben were so gracious and helpful.”
