“This was a VERY hard purchase because I was using it to "put down" some very sick koi. It was a very easy and painless way for them to go. No struggling to breath, no thrashing about, just calmly went to sleep before I overdosed them. Wonderful product to ease my pain and theirs. Thanks for the dosage help over the phone, you were a big help.”

“We needed to move one large indoor aquarium fish to an observation/hospital tank and move several other outside fish from one pond to another. To reduce the chance of injury to the fish during the moves, we consulted with some of our field biologist friends and they suggested Tricaine-S (MS 222) fish anesthetic. We found several sources, but chose to do business with Ben and PlayItKoi based on the web site information related to the Tricaine-S application method and dosage, product availability, and positive reviews. The order was processed accurately, the shipment was fast, the contents were packed securely, and the Tricaine-S was factory sealed, fresh, and in-date. Ben followed up quickly and courteously to an email from us and wished us good luck with our tasks. All went very well. We look forward to ordering other items from Ben and PlayItKoi.”
