“Due to the sensitive nature of my purchase of Tricaine-S Ben was very compassionate. apologetic and understanding of the reason for my purchase. His understanding and support were really great. It is never an easy decision to euthanize any pet but in most cases where euthanasia is being considered because of an irreversable illness or disease, mercy is the only way to go. It was Dropsy in my case and Ken helped me with the dosing information to make it as safe and effortless for my pet as possible. Ken was very compassionate, knowlegable and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience being an already difficult situation. Ken was there for me and showed genuine concern. He was personable and it was a very real experience with him leaving me feel 100% cared for and treated with kindness and respect like any human would want to be treated. I will always go back to Play it Koi and I give Ken props for showing his customers genuine concern and reliability in his loyalty to us. “This is suprisingly effective and works great to anesthetize fish. As one other reviewer mentioned, be sure you have baking soda on hand when using as this is required during the fish sedation process.”
