“Love the concept but it is too difficult to setup to get the tension right for the bounce to work properly. If tight it causes the sides to bow in, if loose, the ball doesn't bounce.”
“I ordered the court on 5/28, the credit card charge was posted early June, I reached out on 6/22 and told it shipped on 6/21, my next inquiry was not responded to and the court never arrived.”
“I'm kind of disappointed with SmashNet. It's very cheaply made of plastic tubing; metal would have been much sturdier, especially for the price. The net is also cheap and keeps stretching. We made it tight, but after a couple games, it loosened causing the ball to roll which makes the game frustrating and no fun. I don't think this game is worth what it costs. It'd have potential if it was better constructed.”
“This company is a scam - buyer beware. Product quality is terrible. The ball doesn’t bounce off the netting making it impossible to even attempt to play as seen in all the promotional videos. So naturally I’d like to return the product, however, returns are not allowed if the package has been opened. This company is a fraud and should be shuttered by the better business bureau. Shame on Meta/Facebook/Instagram for allowing this garbage to be sold on their platforms. I want my money back and will be challenging the charge with American Express. Thanks for wasting my time and money.”
“Design and quality could be better for the price. This is a lot of fun for the kids. However I give it three stars due to the poles being a little flimsy. When making net taut the poles bend a little causing the entire thing to bend awkwardly and not lay completely flat.
Also as a party game, I feel it would be much more convenient for there to be some sort of folding system in the middle for easy set up and Storage. It is kind of a pain to keep putting up and break down.”
