“Haven't been able to play and ordered it 2 months ago.
I received all pieces 1 month after ordering it built it and realized they forgot to send the ball.
Let them know and it's been almost 3 weeks since they said they will.send me one and still no word except what it seems automated responses via email correspondence.”

Not sure how tight/loose the net should be and if the hooks should be on the outside or inside for the tightening of the net. Legs and poles bend in badly when tightening net for bounce of the smash ball.”
“I was so excited to play this with my 4 sons. The first time we used it, two of the connecting pieces broke-snapped. I’ve emailed the company twice, with zero response. It’s a super bummer, since this was supposed to be our family vacation game at the beach!”
“Had hoped to use Smashnet as a new lawn game while the he family was here visiting for the 4'th. BUT, the box was missing 3 of the legs so we could not complete assembly or use. Very disappointed. Hoping Goodsport will supply the missing legs and we'll use in the future.”
“The middle bar broke the first time we used it. It was a nightmare getting a replacement part here. I was told I would would get an upgraded net by one person then given the runaround by another needing pictures for the replacement part. We ended up with the replacement as apposed to the new net. We have 2 spike all nets that we have hd for years. I would not buy this again, the quality is poor as is the customer service!”
“This company is a scam - buyer beware. Product quality is terrible. The ball doesn’t bounce off the netting making it impossible to even attempt to play as seen in all the promotional videos. So naturally I’d like to return the product, however, returns are not allowed if the package has been opened. This company is a fraud and should be shuttered by the better business bureau. Shame on Meta/Facebook/Instagram for allowing this garbage to be sold on their platforms. I want my money back and will be challenging the charge with American Express. Thanks for wasting my time and money.”
“I bought this as a portion of my husband's father's day gift. I had heard him say it looked like fun. It didn't take long to ship and was relatively easy to put together.
However wear I was truly disappointed was the actual put together final product. It's cheap and has a lot of dead spots. For 80.00 this thing should have been made better. We had to zip tie the net as tight as possible so it was tought enough for the ball to bounce. Also the ball came flat and folded in half but once inflated it never returned to a round ball it was oblong. Unfortunately just another reason to stay away from Instagram adds.
Super disappointed.”
