“The product works well. It does sometimes leave a residue on my face that has to be washed off and it is a little pricey for the amount that you get. Other than that, great product!”

The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over tightening, or even see residue. I recommend trying a smaller sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. “The Squeeze tubes are the best delivery system for the product. The pump never really worked after a few applications, if at all, when I got it and the little treys are okay, but hard to get the product out of them evenly. The tube gives you 2 applications evenly every time and can be resealed.”

“Very good for under the eyes but not really great on my other wrinkles on my face or around my lips. Brown spots not at all.”

Thank you, Monique, for your review. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that our product has been very good at reducing under eye bags. We apologize if it didn't work as effectively on the wrinkles around your lips or other areas of your face. We always say practice makes perfect. I just wanted to provide a couple of tips to ensure you consistently receive the maximum results. Make sure you wash and dry your face completely before starting the application. When you do apply, you only need about half the size of a pea for the areas of concern. And finally, make sure you remain expressionless for at least 10 minutes. If you do these things consistently, you should see more consistent results. As for brown spots, we understand your disappointment, however, Plexaderm is not designed to work on this area, only dark circles under the eyes. If you have any trouble with your application, give us a call and we'll be happy to walk you through more tips!
