“It works very good & I put it on after my makeup (foundation). The only problem is that is burns. I have very sensitive skin so I don't think it is the Plexiderm.”

“I have been using this product for about 2 years now and I am amazed every day at how good it works. I put a small bit under each eye before work and reapply before going out at night. In just a few minutes, my eye area looks great! The bags and wrinkles are gone. There is a tight feeling but that is how I know it is working. I try to use the Plexaderm cream under my eyes at night to keep that area from getting too dry. But with the Plexaderm, I don't need all the other wrinkle creams that I have tried in the past. I want to try it on my neck next, but I don't want to use too much of it up.”

“It's not practical. It must be applied on a completely clean face to work. You can't wear make-up, moisturizer, serum or sunscreen or it doesn't work. Basically, you can't apply anything but this product. Well in AZ, you need at least sunscreen or risk exposure to a severe sun. And it leaves your face feeling super dry....like when you're wearing a beauty face mask or a mud pack. You just want to get moisture on your face or start itching it. It's a terrible feeling. And it works so so, not much around the mouth. As you talk or move your facial muscles, the less it works. Plus, it's challenging to use the correct amount. Apply too much and your face gets crusty and orange in color. I'll pass on this product. Of course, they'll never publish this review, and that's a shame. Jackie Z.”

We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment you may have encountered while using our product. I would like to provide you with some product application tips when it comes to using makeup and a moisturizer with Plexaderm. Try mixing 1/3 liquid foundation or concealer with 2/3 Plexaderm and apply with your fingertip. Allow the Plexaderm/foundation mixture to set for 10 minutes. All makeup brands are different so you may need to adjust the Plexaderm-to-foundation ratio until you get the desired results. When using a moisturizer and sunscreen, we recommend using one that is oil-free, as oils break down the tightening effect that Plexaderm creates. Please note that results can vary from product to product. You'll be glad to know that we developed a moisturizer that pairs perfectly with our serum called the Plex-Perfect Daily Moisturizer. Lastly, when seeing residue or your skin is feeling tight, simply try applying less than what was originally applied (We suggest half the size of a pea). “Does great job but sometimes gets crusty after a while”

Hi Penny! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're happy to hear you are enjoying Plexaderm, however, we are sorry about the residue problem you've been having. We recommend using half the size of a pea. For your next application, try to use even less. A little bit of serum truly does go a long way. If you are still finding that the residue appears after this, you can also try using a damp cloth, and gently blot the residue until it disappears.
