“This product doesn't do much for.me. Nothing on my face changes much when I use it. It actually pulls one corner of my eye too tight and creates a wrinkle. I am going to be 56 on Friday and thankfully, I am not going to be dependant on this product. At least my curiosity was quenched. Thank you!”

“If you have dark circles and visable lines on your forehead, just use a couple of drops in those areas and whalla they disappear right before your eyes.”

“I have used this product for over a year . When I first started it worked amazingly. Now however I am noticing it leaves a yellowish residue under the eye even tho I apply a very little amount. I am applying just a small dot and it still happens. I actually texted customer service about it several months ago and they said use less. I am using so little it barely works and that even leaves a yellowish white residue under the eye.Can you make the material clear and not the color it is now?”

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience a change in product performance, particularly with the yellowish residue you mentioned. The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over tightening, or even see residue. As you mentioned, we recommend trying a smaller sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. We're always working to improve our formulations, and your feedback is valuable in that process.
