“Very disappointing as I expected results like those seen on TV, but didn't receive the same type of results. I did experience a tightening of my skin, but not seen the bags lighten better as expected, nor the smile lines lessened too. When I purchased the 2nd tube in hopes that perhaps I needed to use repetitively, no better results happened.Therefore i was extremely disappointed where the cost certainly doesn't exceed purchasing the product monthly.”

“Not sure how to feel about this product. Am experiencing cracking as it dries. I don’t use much; not sure what the problem is.”

Hi Terri! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over-tightening, or even see residue. I recommend trying a smaller-sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. “I am still using remainder of small capsules which I have to cut open to use product after first application. I have found that if I apply makeup over application. The makeup becomes scaly looking so now I have stopped applying makeup. Ok since I’m retired but I wish something would work over the plexaderm for when I go out. Oh well. At least it does work to reduce the bags under my eyes for at least 4-6 hours”

Many customers find when using additional cosmetics with Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum, water-based products work best. Try mixing 1/3 liquid foundation or concealer with 2/3 Plexaderm and apply with your fingertip. Allow the Plexaderm/foundation mixture to set for 10 minutes. All makeup brands are different so you may need to adjust the Plexaderm-to-foundation ratio until you get the desired results. We hope this helps!
