Hi Victoria. We are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty with dispensing. Your bottle may need to be primed prior to first use. – It usually takes about 10-15 firm pumps until product begins to flow. For first-time use, remove cap and gently press the pump approximately 10-15 times to prime. Plexaderm will begin to dispense after the pump has been fully primed. • Place the bottle on a flat, level surface and remove the cap • Using your thumb, slowly and firmly push the pump down until it cannot go any further. • Continue pushing down the pump until product begins to flow, typically about 10-15 pumps; however, it could take longer so be patient • Once the desired amount of product has been dispensed, replace the cap for safe storage If you do not have luck with the above priming steps, try our advanced priming tips! • Hold the bottle with one hand, using the palm of your other hand, ensuring that your hand is completely covering the hole where the product dispenses from, quickly and firmly press the pump all the way down and release in increments of 5. o This will build up the air pressure needed to dispense the Plexaderm • Check after each set of 5 pumps for product coloration at the tip. When you begin to see this, that means product will begin to dispense within the next few pumps. “I bought six vials of Plexaderm for for five friends and myself. We generally were pleased with how it temporarily minimizes under-eye bagginess, lines and wrinkles. But we were disappointed to find that makeup could not be applied over the product. Additionally, I have a very mobile, expressive face and found that applying anything more than the lightest possible layer would result in peeling of the product. This was long after the product had set perfectly. But it is an interesting solution and I would be tempted to purchase again.”

Hi Joan. Thank you for sharing your feedback. When using makeup with Plexaderm, eyeshadows, liner, mascara and blush are all good products to use with Plexaderm. If liquid foundation is a must then first try to avoid areas where Plexaderm has been applied since many of the oils in makeup will lessen the effects.
