“I have tried over 5 products none worked yet are expensive this only product that works has been used approx 3 years. The only issue which is 110% my fault is don't pay attention and put a little too much. Gets crusty and sometimes a little burnt. (My Fault) Does not seem to work. Wash off, let my skin dry, and do it again this time paying attention. Then it works. It seems to stay great until I get home at 6 pm CST from 9 am when I apply.My opinion don't waste your time and money I screwed up for you already. LOL”

We're glad to hear that once you followed the instructions and applied the serum correctly, it worked wonders for you. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the serum becoming crusty or causing a slight burning sensation. If that continues we do recommend discontinuing use. The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over-tightening, or even see residue. I recommend trying a smaller-sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. “Love the product does a great job Only negative is too much is left in tube and have to cut open to get what’s left which is a lot. Has to be a way for packaging to improve to allow all product to be used”

“Love your products. I've been a customer for a few years. Rapid reduction serum, daily moisturizer, night time collagen. Thank you for changing the packaging for the rapid reduction serum. The new tube works much better when applying the serum. But I do have one question: Lately when I use the rapid reduction serum I get puckering under my eyes. This just started happening. Am I doing something wrong when applying it?”
